I began my journey in nutrition when I majored in dietetics. When I got married and as my family started to grow I was not fitting into my blue jeans and the sizes started to creep up. I was feeling fat, eating less, and doing a lot more cardio without getting the results that I was hoping for. I hired a personal trainer to help me tone up and lose the inches while eating more whole food and doing less cardio. After a few years I became certified to help people to do the same. I have been a trainer for 32 years. The last 3 years I now train online and in the gym and have become certified in the post menopause area for the same reasons as when I started.
